Real Estate Consultant
Mike grew up as an Air Force military dependent. After bouncing around like most military families, from the Philippines to Florida, Mike’s family settled in Washington state at McChord AFB. Mike grew up on McChord AFB and attended local schools and graduated from the University of Washington Milgard of School Business with a BA in Management and Finance. Mike is married with four beautiful boys and attends church at Champions Centre in Tacoma, WA.
Mike has always been fascinated and in love with real estate from a very early age. In the past, Mike was a licensed real estate agent assisting people with buying and selling their homes. Mike has rejuvenated many homes in the past and has held many rental properties but found his true passion in real estate is helping people by finding solutions when they need to sell their property quickly and for the most money. Mike knows firsthand, the lonely and helpless feeling of not knowing where to turn for help.
Like many people, Mike has suffered and lost several properties during the Great Financial Crisis. “I understand the anxiety, stress, and frustration when needing to sell a property quickly due to unforeseen circumstances.” That is why Mike and Debralee have made it their #1 goal to help educate people in challenging times to find a solution to their real estate needs.
Along with his interest in real estate, Mike fills his free time watching and attending Seattle Seahawks games, coaching multiple sports, and spending time with his family on the beaches of Westport, WA.
Debralee
Licensed Real Estate Agent
Debralee was born a military dependent in Fort Riley, Kansas but was raised in the Tacoma area by her grandmother. She graduated from Lincoln High School where she received the Bill and Melinda Gates Scholarship which made it possible for her to go to college. Debralee graduated from The University of Washington, Tacoma, in 2006 with a Pre-Law BA Degree.
Professionally, she has 20+ years in various customer service industries. Her experience includes retail, service industry, and managing a busy and high-volume finance processing department. She found her past experiences had expanded into a passion for real estate. Debralee has discovered that helping people whether it is buying, selling, or even serving as a consultant has been one of the most rewarding points of her career thus far! She looks forward to each relationship that is created during each transaction. Knowing that she is ultimately helping another person while making one of the biggest decisions of their life is not only rewarding but makes her want to strive to be better daily.
When not helping others find their dream home, Debralee has a passion for cooking, hiking, taking trips to the coast, and watching her sons compete in various sports. For her, there is little that compares to the squeak of sports shoes on a court or the crush of a ball once it hits a bat!
